Standard Products: Most standard ROV cables, neutral buoyancy cables, and other marine cables are typically shipped within 7 to 15 working days from order confirmation.
Customized or High-Precision Products: Products requiring special specifications, additional shielding, or complex assemblies may require longer production times. Lead times for these items are generally 15 to 30 working days, depending on the complexity and order volume.
Recommendation: To ensure timely delivery for project schedules, we strongly advise confirming the exact lead time with our sales team prior to placing your order.

This schedule applies to all products listed on our website, including ROV, AUV, UUV, and subsea sensor network cables.

Packaging Guidelines for All Products

Coiling & Spooling
- All cables are carefully coiled or wound on reels/spools to prevent kinking, twisting, or mechanical damage during transport.
- Reel sizes are selected based on cable length and diameter, ensuring safe handling and storage.
Protection Layers
- Each cable is wrapped with anti-moisture polyethylene film or shrink wrap.
- End caps are fitted on all reel hubs to prevent contamination and water ingress.
Outer Packaging
- Reels are placed in wooden crates or heavy-duty cardboard boxes depending on weight and transport method.
- Fragile or high-precision cables include internal foam padding or supports to avoid movement during shipping.
Labeling & Documentation
- Each package includes product label, specifications, batch number, and handling instructions.
- Optional: QR code for digital datasheet or installation guide.
Special Handling
- Heavy-duty or long-length cables are secured with steel bands or lifting straps for crane or forklift handling.
- For international shipping, compliance with ISPM 15 (wood packaging) and marine transport standards is ensured.
